꽈리고추 잔멸치볶음 Stir-fried anchovies with chili peppers
Ingredients - 10 kkari peppers, 100g small anchovies, soy sauce 2T, oilgosaccharides 2T, sugar 1t, minced garlic, sesame seeds, cooking oil.
세척한 꽈리고추는 양념이 잘 배이게 적당한 크기로 잘라줍니다.
Cut the washed kkari pepper into an appropriate size so that the seasoning is well permeated.
달궈진 팬에 식용유를 넣고 잔멸치를 잘 볶아주세요.
Add cooking oil to a heated pan and stir-fry the remaining anchovies well.
살짝 볶은 잔멸치에 간장 2T, 올리고당 2T, 설탕 1t, 꽈리고추, 다진마늘을 조금 넣고 약불에 타지 않게 볶아주세요.
Add 2T of soy sauce, 2T of oligosaccharide, 1t of sugar, kkari pepper, and a little bit of minced garlic to the lightly roasted small anchovies and stir-fry them over low heat.
불을 끄고 통깨를 뿌리면 완성입니다. 기호에 따라 참기름을 넣어도 좋아요.
Turn off the heat and sprinkle the sesame seeds. You can add sesame oil to your liking.
